Is there a need for certification of authenticity and particular form?
The purchase of a photograph is both fiscal and emotional investment. The certificate proved that the work purchased meet the criteria stated in the image info sheet. This is also an administrative record for artist to keep track on the works sold. With respect to your privacy, we will not give out your information to third party without your permission.
What is the return policy?
We believe in long term relationship between clients and photographers. Due to valid reasons such as photograph does not fit well on the wall, we allow return or exchange of photograph within 14 days of receipt. This is provided the photograph, mounting and framing is in good condition which photographer can resell without incurring lost.
Why are there colour discrepancies in the prints?
There might be slight discrepancies especially for hand printed photographs done in the wet darkroom. Sometimes it is slight variation as decided by the photographers.
Do you provide mounting and framing?
Yes, mounting and framing is available upon request. Depending on the size of the print, the costs vary from $60 to $600. Client is advised to take measurement of the end product to ensure it fit well.
Is there oversea delivery?
Yes. For oversea delivery, we only provide mounting without frames and glass to keep the parcel light and the shipping cost minimal. The cost of delivery depends on the sizes, the weight and destination.
What is the available method of payment?
Payment is available online in the form of Paypal or cheque. For cheque payment, photograph will only be delivered after it has been cleared into The Meeting Point LLP bank account.
As a photographer or artist, how can I participate in this online gallery?
For interested participants, you are required to submit your CV, Bio and Sample works in low resolution to f56gallery@gmail.com. Upon acceptance, you will be given the agreement form and instructions on digital files for online gallery.
